I love photography.

When I was a kid, my family owned an analog Kodak camera that didn't impress me much. When digital photography started to become popular in the early 2000s, I bought my first compact digital camera - the Sony DSC-T5 in neon pink - in 2005.

An improved model Sony DSC-T77 - again in pink - came in the form of a Christmas present in 2008.

Over the years, I realised that there is so much I want to photograph but I often find myself constrained by the limitations of a compact digicam. Hence the big decision to splurge on a dSLR - Canon EOS 450D - for my birthday in 2009.

Then came the revival of film photography and I became obssessed with surfing lomography sites everyday and developed a huge wishlist of vintage and new replica of phased out analog cameras. That was when I regretted not treasuring the Kodak family heirloom before. Fortunately, I still managed to get my hands on discontinued limited edition Polaroid and to my pleasant surprise got a brand new Diana F+ set complete with all the lenses as a birthday present when I turned 30.

In recent months, I have been neglecting all my cameras in favour of the iPhone camera due to all the interesting photo apps which gave rise to the iPhoneography album in my collection.

I have routinely uploaded the photos taken with my various cameras over all these years into my Flickr collections and hopefully will continue to do so for a long time to come.
